Cancellation Policy

Lili understands that some situations are unavoidable. Cancellations can happen. But in respect of the continuity of her business, she's obliged to get respected some guidelines.

For her well-being sessions: 

Cancellation less than 24h before planned appointment : 100% charge

Cancellation between 24h and 48h before planned appointment : 50% charge

Cancellation more than 48h before the actual appointment is free, please respect her agenda, and inform Lili at your soonest possibility

For staying in her holiday apartment: 

Full refund at least 5 days before check-in

Partial refund within 5 days of check-in;

Guests who cancel within 5 days of check-in or during their trip will be charged 1 extra night and refunded 50% of unspent nights.
